The President of the Maldives H.E. Dr. Mohammad Muizzu expresses sympathy to the Iranian government and nation

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Muizzu, President of the Republic of Maldives, in a written condolence message to Dr. Mohammad Mokhber, Acting President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while commemorating the memory of Dr. Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, the late President and Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian the late Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and expressed his condolences to the Iranian government and people.

H.E. Mr. Moosa Zameer, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, also conveyed his condolences to Dr. Ali Bagheri, the Hon. Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressing his condolences to the Iranian government and people.

H.E. Mr. Adam Shareef Umar, Minister of Cities, Local Government and Public Works of Maldives as Special Envoy to the President of the Maldives, traveled to Tehran and attended the funeral procession of the honorable martyrs of the service on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. He delivered the condolence message of President Muizzu to Dr. Mohammad Mokhber.
